Madison Porter Design provides the following services:

  • General UX design

3. Acceptance of Terms 

By accessing and using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. Your continued use of our website and services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms, including fees, due dates, and methods, will be detailed in a contract provided to each client. Invoices will be issued for all services rendered, and payment is expected as specified in the invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as outlined in the contract.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Changes

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final, and no refunds are permitted under any circumstances. Dissatisfaction with the services provided does not warrant withholding payments due under the contract between the Client and Madison Porter Design. Requests for changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional fees, as outlined in the project contract.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials created by Madison Porter Design remain the property of Madison Porter Design until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the Client will receive the rights to use the delivered content as specified in the project contract. Madison Porter Design reserves the right to use any designs created for portfolio purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

7. Limitation of Liability

Madison Porter Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific services provided.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Idaho.
